WORKSHOPS

Our Approach

Friedrich Froebel (1782–1852), the founder of the kindergarten, transformed how early childhood is understood—placing value on play, creativity, and the natural development of the individual.

His ideas were considered revolutionary in the 19th century and have since shaped modern early years education worldwide.

This work builds on Froebel’s principles, extending them beyond early childhood into eldercare and intergenerational contexts. It explores how play, materials, and attentive observation can support engagement, connection, and dignity at all stages of life.

In doing so, it affirms a simple but essential belief:
learning, development, and meaningful engagement are lifelong processes.
